What's different about our chauffeur service?

Luxury in Motion Limited is a premium chauffeur service based in Cobham (Surrey), also serving central London and its surrounding home counties (including Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Sussex). We are ideally located between Heathrow and Gatwick airports, close to the M25, major arterial routes into central London and south to our major British ports.

The company was founded and is run by Grant Nicholas, our Managing Director, who was previously a Board Director within the advertising, automotive and TV & Film industry.  Grant's objective is to combine his advertising, customer service and automotive experience to deliver excellence in Client service within the chauffeur industry.  Also, to provide beneficial rewards to Clients for their business and take extra steps to ensure Clients feel safe and secure when travelling with us. 

We offer a number of chauffeur services for business executives, VIPs and celebrities, airports transfers, events and corporate days, weddings, TV and Film hire and funeral car hire.  

As a reward for your custom and to make luxury travel with us a competitive and cost-effective option, we offer numerous benefits which you will see listed in the carousel at the top of this page.

Our pricing policy is both transparent and rewarding to occasional and regular Clients.  We provide clear up-front costs so there are no surprises and offer discounts for repeat business and longer journeys.

We also specialise in sourcing bespoke vehicles at your request and event managing luxury transport where a larger fleet of vehicles and level of co-ordination may be required.  We collaborate with other reputable and like-minded suppliers to provide large fleets of vehicles.

For your peace of mind, safety and security, we provide each Client with a simple Chauffeur Profile prior to your journey wth us.  This will arrive in the form of an image via text, or email.  It will help you identify your chauffeur, their contact details, the vehicle assigned to you and give you some relevant background about your chauffeur prior to meeting them.  It's a simple gesture, but one that we feel makes a big difference, particularly if you're traveling alone, with children, or booking a school run.

We want your journey to be as luxurious and seamless as possible.  So, included in our vehicles and prices are free mineral water, luxury magazines or newspapers and free use of the on-board 4G Wi-Fi.  Please feel free to take the magazines, or newspapers with you if they require further reading.  

A multi-point USB charger can also be found on-board and is compatible with the majority of mobile devices should yours need a boost whilst travelling.
