An all-inclusive chauffeur service

Our premium chauffeur service is focused on your individual needs and preferences.  We believe that a luxury service should be inclusive and not be subject to added extras. So, to ensure your journey is as comfortable as possible, our vehicles include complimentary Hildon mineral water and luxury magazines, or newspapers.  Most of the vehicles in our fleet also offer connected on-board technology such as 4G WiFi, USB phone chargers and iPads, which you are welcome to make use of.

A safe and secure chauffeur service

With your safety and security in mind, we only employ chauffeurs who have undergone rigorous checks and have obtained the correct licenses to operate.  All our vehicles and chauffeurs are fully insured.  We also only work with sub-contractors who hold these same standards.  For your peace of mind, we send a Chauffeur Profile to each Client prior to their journey.  This profile will help you identify your chauffeur, the assigned vehicle and provide you with a few reassuring background details prior to meeting them.

A rewarding chauffeur service

Our policy is to predict costs as much as possible avoiding surprises at the end of your journey, or costs accumulating during it.  The more detail you give us up front, the better we can anticipate likely costs in advance and include them in your quote.  The only exceptions tend to be extended hires, additional waiting time beyond the free waiting time we naturally include and unexpected parking charges or tolls.  We value our Clients and their business and will at all times be considerate regarding costs.

We also offer the following service and price benefits:

Free waiting time - 15 minutes for standard pick-ups and 1 hour for airport, or other international pick-ups.

Account customers - are welcome, a discount on fares is also available for Clients who use us on a regular basis.

Evening surcharges - no evening surcharges.

Other surcharges - no additional charges for passengers, or luggage.

Discounted mileage rates - the further you travel.

Winter wedding discounts - 10% off wedding car hire between (October and April).

Weekday wedding discounts - 10% off fares Monday-Friday.

Funeral car hire - 10% off fares Monday-Friday.
